Sunie is a bright, feel-good reformer studio designed to make you feel strong, confident and at home. All of our classes follow the same approach: a blend of traditional Pilates movements with strength-based training. The result? A full-body workout that builds strength, improves mobility, tones muscles and lifts your energy!
You’re always welcome to take things at your own pace, and every exercise can be easily modified—just let your trainer know what you need. Our best advice? Flow with your energy of the say and listen to your body. You’re here to feel good, and we’re here to help you shine!
-
Everyone’s welcome here — all bodies, all levels, ages 16+. If you’re coming on doctor or physio advice, get in touch with us first so we can make sure our classes are the right fit.
-
We have a change room if you’re coming straight from work and need to swap into your workout gear, plus handy little storage cubes to pop your things while you train. There’s also a shower, complete with shampoo and all your post-class sweat-removal essentials—just keep it quick and zippy!
And don’t forget, we’ve got water fountains to top up your bottle before, during, or after class so you stay hydrated and ready to shine.
-
Take a seat and get comfy in our reception area! Please wait there until your instructor invites you into the reformer space. We like to give the class before you a few extra minutes to finish up without feeling rushed, so your spot will be ready and waiting for you
-
We’ve got 5 car parks right out the front of the studio—super convenient! If they’re all taken, no worries—you can find on-street parking along Somerset Circuit. Easy and stress-free!
-
If you arrive more than 5 minutes late, unfortunately we won’t be able to open the door. Safety comes first, and we want to avoid disrupting the class. Your spot may also be offered to a waitlisted walk-in
-
Yes — our classes are for anyone 16 years and older. For safety (and everyone’s peace of mind), little ones can’t stay in the studio or reception during class. We know life gets busy, but if you arrive with children, we may not be able to let you join that session. Our space is full of moving parts, and we want to keep it safe, calm and enjoyable for everyone who walks through the door

No stress — we’ve got you.
Arrive about 10 minutes early so you can meet your trainer, settle in, and get a little tour of The Space before class kicks off. We’ve got lockers ready for all your personal bits and pieces. Just bring your drink bottle and a towel/ mat with you into the studio — everything else can stay tucked away while you move, sweat and shine.
-
Not all classes are beginner friendly, but you’ve got options! Begin with our UV1 Foundations class, or join our Beginners Club pack — four sessions across four weeks with the same group, all starting from scratch together.
-
Chat to your GP or physio first. If they give you the green light, get in touch with us — we’ll help you choose the best classes for your body, and we may recommend a private session to start.
When you arrive, make sure you let your trainer know before class begins. They’ll tailor your movements, offer safe variations, and keep you feeling supported the whole way through.
-
You’re welcome to join us up to 16 weeks pregnant, as long as your GP or midwife has given you the all-clear to continue exercising.
When you arrive for class, make sure you let your trainer know you’re expecting — they’ll offer variations, support you throughout, and keep everything safe and feel-good.
-
Anything comfy, stretchy, and easy to move in!
Grip socks are a must for every class (hello, stability + hygiene), and if you don’t have a pair yet, we’ve got cute ones ready for purchase in the studio
-
What should I bring?
Just a few essentials to keep you comfy, safe and glowing:• Grip socks — required for every class for your safety and hygiene.
• A Pilates mat or sweat towel — pop it on your reformer to keep things fresh, hygienic, and to protect our gorgeous reformer beds.
• Your emotional support drink bottle — you’ll definitely want a sip or two mid-class! -
Please arrive 10 minutes before your class starts to chat with your trainer, see the studio
-
2–3 times a week is plenty to start building strength and consistency. And if you want to come more once you’re hooked (you probably will, let’s be honest), go for it!
-
Download the Momence app and search for Sunie the Space. From there, you’ll be able to view our full timetable and class options. Choose the session that suits you and tap Book. We recommend adding it to your calendar so you get a reminder with all your class details

If you’re managing an injury, it’s always best to check in with your doctor or physio first. If they’ve given you the go-ahead to join in group refromer, please let your trainer know before class — and throughout class if something isn’t feeling right — so we can offer modifications and keep you moving safely and comfortably.
