Your intro to reformer—gentle, guided, and sneakily effective. This class is your daily dose of sunshine—not too hot, just enough to warm things up and help you feel at ease. We’ll move through smooth Pilates sequences with simple strength layers, and you’ll have plenty of guidance so you always feel supported and confident (even when your legs start to shake!). Expect a slower pace, extra attention on form, and high-quality reps that build strength, length, and solid technique from the ground up. There’s no pressure to “keep up”—we’ll meet you exactly where you are and guide you every step of the way. Whether you’re brand new or refining your foundation, you’ll leave feeling accomplished, encouraged, and ready for more. Layers optional. Good vibes guaranteed.

Intermediate: golden hour approaching; heat rising
You’ve found your feet on the reformer. Now we turn up the heat. This class turns up the heat just enough to challenge your muscles and sharpen your focus—without ever leaving you behind. Think spicier strength, clever transitions, and layered sequences that sneak up on you in the best way. You’ll still get plenty of guidance, but we’ll encourage you to lean into the shakes, push past comfort, and trust your technique. It’s all about building stamina, resilience, and confidence while keeping form front and centre. You’ll sweat, maybe curse, definitely shake—but you’ll walk out taller, stronger, and brighter than when you came in. Intensity optional. Progress inevitable.
