Every class at Sunie blends Pilates principles with intentional strength training. During your session, you’ll be doing one of two things:
Pilates: think flow and form, muscular endurance, and that signature Pilates “burn.”
Strength training: heavy and focused, low reps, pushing your max effort. No burn here — just energy, power, and results.
The combination of both disciplines leaves you feeling stronger, more aligned, and ready for everyday movement — all while enjoying the process.

We take timing seriously. Every set, every rep, every exercise is timed — with watches on wrists, seconds measured, and pauses intentional. This isn’t just about counting; it’s about consistency in your body, trust in your trainers, and knowing that when we say “push for 10 more,” we mean 10 more. No guesswork. No uneven sides. Just results you can feel.
Room to lift (and grow).
Our reformer classes include dumbbells from 2–9kg, with plans to expand as our community grows. Progressive strength matters here — we’re building a space that grows with you, so you can keep challenging yourself safely and sustainably.

Here at SUNIE we don’t take ourselves too seriously, but we do take movement seriously. Our instructors know their stuff — you’ll get the personal attention of a PT with the energy (and laughs) of group training.
