Thinking about trying Reformer Pilates but not sure where to start? You’re in the right place.
Sunie Starter is a 4-week program designed especially for first-timers. You’ll attend one foundation class per week, locking in the same day, same time, and the same Sunie humans each week — giving you space to settle in, feel supported, and actually enjoy the process.
One class a week is realistic, manageable, and confidence-building. Over four weeks, you’ll learn how the reformer works, move with more ease, and finish feeling ready to step into our regular group classes — strong, capable, and proud of yourself.
A short, structured commitment like this is a gentle way to introduce movement into your routine without overwhelm. If exercise hasn’t always felt natural or fun for you, this is an achievable place to begin (and yes… we tend to win people over).
We open new Sunie Starter packs every 6 weeks.
